Our Design Procedure

Initial Consultation
This consists of an informal meeting with you to discuss any specific ideas that you would like to include in the garden, for example something that you have seen in a magazine article. If you choose to appoint us we charge a fee that covers: a site survey, a draft plan and a final plan.

Site survey
Once agreed, we will carry out a site survey and put together measurements of the area, soil conditions and aspect of the site etc. for us to supply you with a draft plan. At this point we would also need to be aware of your budget as this has an immediate relevance on our design considerations.

Draft plan
The next phase of our design plan would be for us to construct The Draft Plan. This will include an outline plan of our proposals for your approval, and we will talk to you again regarding any changes that you would like to make before drawing up The Final Plan.

Final plan
The final plan will show a scale design with planting ideas and suggestions based on soil conditions, aspect of your garden and any preferences that you have told us to include. Full costing will also be included with this plan in keeping with your budget requirements.
